Police Case Diary is a personal data-entry application used for maintaining case details, hearings, notes, attachments, and reports. This app does NOT automatically collect, store, share, or transmit any personal data to any external server. All data stays 100% offline on your device unless you choose to export or back up manually.

The app does NOT automatically collect any data. Only the information you manually enter (case numbers, names, dates, notes, attachments) is stored locally on your device.

All case data, attachments, and notes are stored only on your phone's internal storage using a local database. We do not access, read, or share your data by default.
